Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, loss of numbers, and forfeiture of wallet balance. By using NumVault you agree to abide by these rules.
1. Acceptable Use
- •NumVault virtual numbers may only be used for legitimate account verification purposes on third-party platforms.
- •You may not use our numbers to commit fraud, impersonate another person, spam, phish, or engage in any illegal activity.
- •Each number is for personal use only. Reselling, sub-leasing, or commercially redistributing numbers obtained through NumVault is strictly prohibited.
2. One Number Per Account Per Platform
- •Users are permitted to hold one active number per platform at any given time.
- •Bulk purchasing or automated acquisition of numbers is not allowed without prior written approval from NumVault.
- •Accounts found to be operating in bulk or with automation will be suspended immediately.
3. No Illegal Activity
- •You must not use NumVault to bypass two-factor authentication on accounts that do not belong to you.
- •Numbers must not be used for cryptocurrency scams, romance fraud, account takeovers, or any form of financial crime.
- •We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will provide records when legally required.
4. Account Responsibility
- •You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
- •Do not share your account credentials with others.
- •If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
5. Fair Use & Rate Limits
- •To protect platform integrity, a maximum of 10 number requests per hour per account is enforced.
- •Repeated attempts to circumvent rate limits will result in permanent suspension.
- •NumVault reserves the right to reduce or revoke access for accounts showing unusual usage patterns.
6. Number Availability
- •We do not guarantee that a specific number will remain available or that an SMS will always be delivered.
- •Virtual numbers depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable.
- •Refunds or credits for failed activations are handled at our discretion — open a support ticket.
7. Suspension & Termination
- •We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these rules without prior notice.
- •Suspended users will lose access to active numbers and any unused wallet balance.
- •Appeals can be submitted via the support ticket system.
8. Changes to These Rules
- •NumVault reserves the right to update these rules at any time.
- •Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
- •Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
