1. Acceptable Use

NumVault provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam, or to create accounts on platforms in violation of those platforms' own terms of service.

2. Beta / Free Access

NumVault is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. We may introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice. Free access does not guarantee number availability, uptime, or message delivery — service is provided "as is".

3. Number Availability & Expiry

Virtual numbers are temporary and may be reassigned to other users after expiry or release. Do not use a NumVault number as a permanent contact method. We are not responsible for messages missed after a number expires or is released.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or place excessive load on our providers without reasonable use.

5. Limitation of Liability

NumVault is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from missed messages, account lockouts on third-party platforms, or service interruptions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NumVault after changes means you accept the updated terms.
